Dr. Khurram Shaikh is a Harvard Medical School–trained, board-certified psychiatrist who has cared for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults for more than twenty years. He completed his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Children's Hospital Boston and served on the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine at The Menninger Clinic and Texas Children's Hospital before founding HPA Psychiatry.
He continues to serve as medical director of psychiatry programs at hospitals across the Houston area, and leads a team of board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners here in Shenandoah, so evaluations and follow-ups are with people who know your history.

Your first visit
A full evaluation, usually 45 to 60 minutes. We'll talk through what's been happening, your history, and what you're hoping changes. You'll leave with a plan.
Ongoing care
Regular follow-ups, medication adjustments as life changes, and coordination with your therapist or pediatrician when needed. We stay with you every step.
